Refund Policy

Custom quilts or other handmade items

I feel honored that you trusted me to create something new from your treasured items. I will handle your items with care and respect. I do my best to communicate with my clients before starting their projects to ensure we're on the same page.

Due to the time-consuming nature of customized, handmade items, I am not able to offer refunds for my work. 

Shipping

I highly recommend purchasing insurance with your shipping label if you are sending your items by mail for me to work with. I know that your items may be one-of-a-kind or irreplaceable, but having insurance may provide you with peace of mind during transportation.

If I am shipping the finished quilt or pillow back to you, I will purchase insurance for that shipment. Once the package has been brought to the shipping facility, any transportation issues must be handled with the shipping company, as the package will no longer be under my control.
