Tracking & Insurance
I require all clients to provide me with a tracking number for their items when they ship them to me. I also highly recommend that you buy insurance for your shipments to me.
I ship finished quilts/projects with a tracking number and insurance.
You are responsible for providing me with the correct shipping address for your finished project.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen on its way to my studio, I will refund the invoiced cost of your project.
If my package with your finished project is lost or stolen, I'm unable to provide a refund because I've already completed all the labor for the project. The insurance coverage from the postal carrier should reimburse the cost of lost packages.
Once I have brought your finished project to the postal carrier facility, the package is no longer in my control. The postal carrier will be the best option for help with lost packages or delivery issues.
Turnaround times
I will ship your completed project within 1-2 business days of completion. I will provide the tracking number for my shipment to you.
(If you live locally to my studio, please pick up your completed projects within one week of notification of completion as I have limited storage space in my studio.)
